To buy a domain name, you must find a good and cheap domain name registrar or also called as domain registration company or web hosting company. Domain names are charged annually and are usually cost from as low as $5 (Rs.220 apx) to $30(Rs.1320) per annum.

All domain name registrars should be accredited by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), otherwise they can’t sell the domain names. Dont buy a domains from domain company which is non-approved by ICANN organization.
